Tickets (L class name: Planning Element name: Function 1) before the start date change
will be displayed in the ticket registration information of the Redmine interface.


The person in charge of "L class name: Planning Element name: Function 1" is Eiji Ito,
so only the person in charge can change the start date.


The start date setting screen will be displayed. Since the 22nd is set,
click on the 25th to set it and click "Save".


The start date will be changed to the 25th.


After starting up, the team leader (in this case Katayose) will reflect the information
edited by each person in charge in Redmine. Click "Update Process".


The start date will be updated and the ticket will be processed (green).


Check the start date of Redmine.
