The ticket (Lclass name: Planning Element name: Function 1) before the progress rate change
is displayed in the ticket registration information of the Redmine interface.


The person in charge of "L class name: Planning Element name: Function 1" is Eiji Ito,
so only the person in charge can change the progress rate.


Set the percentage of progress to 65%.
In RfcAgiler, even one digit can be set, but in Redmine the first digit is 0,
so in the Redmine interface, the first digit is truncated.


After starting up, the team leader (in this case Katayose) will reflect the information
edited by each person in charge in Redmine.

RfcAgiler's progress rate of 65% becomes 60% in Redmine.
Click "Update Process".


The due date will be updated and the ticket will be processed (green).
