The ticket (Lclass name: Planning Element name: Function 1) before the planned man-hour change
is displayed in the ticket registration information of the Redmine ticket interface.


The person in charge of "Lclass name: Planning Element name: Function 1" is Eiji Ito,
so only the person in charge can change the planned man-hours.


Set the planned man-hours to 180 hours.


After starting up, the team leader (in this case Katayose) will reflect the information
edited by each person in charge in Redmine.
Click "Update Process".


The planned man-hours will be updated and the ticket will be processed (green).
