Displays ticket registration information for the Redmine ticket (add,
change, delete) interface.
Here, category 1 has been added to the categories.

Please refer to project update (category addition/change/deletion).
Select ticket #58.
Select Category 1 from the categories and click "Settings".
Category 1 is set in the category and changes to a change ticket (yellow).
Click Update Process.
Category 1 is set for ticket #58, and it changes to a processing ticket
(green).
