Displays ticket registration information for the Redmine ticket (add,
change, delete) interface. Let's consider the case of deleting ticket
#58.

The instance ID of RfcAgiler for ticket #58 is I3-0.
Ichiro Kato starts RfcAgiler and opens the instance screen.
Select “L class name: Implementation element name: Function 1” with instance
ID: I0-3. There are two ways to delete ticket #58.
One way is to delete the L class by clicking the menu "Instance" - "Delete L
class". The other option is to change the scope value of the property
from "Global" to "Local" or "None."
Here, we change the scope of the property from "global" to "local".
This is the state after the change.
Please select "File" - "Save" from the menu or press Ctrl+S to save.
After starting up, the team leader (in this case Katayose) will reflect the
information edited by each person in charge in Redmine. Click
"Update Process".
After the update, ticket #58 has been deleted.
Verify that ticket #58 has been deleted in Redmine.
